About The Role

We’re seeking an Associate Director of Sales & Operations to drive revenue growth, lead sales strategy, and oversee operational excellence across a region of aesthetic practices. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role blends business leadership, provider relationship management, and team development to deliver consistent performance and a high-quality patient experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead sales strategy and support local growth initiatives, including new service line rollouts. Partner with Practice Managers to improve patient flow, retention, and team performance. Monitor practice-level P&Ls, KPIs, and budgets to ensure sustainable EBITDA growth. Implement and reinforce SOPs, ensuring compliance and operational consistency. Mentor and develop Practice Managers and staff while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Partner with corporate teams (marketing, finance, HR, IT) to align initiatives and resolve escalations.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of multi-site leadership experience in MedSpa or Aesthetics (required) Strong understanding of financial reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards. Proven ability to execute projects and support growth initiatives. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. ( 50%) BA degree preferred (HS diploma required).
