This is an entry-level or early-career sales position designed for candidates who are eager to develop their skills in the medical device and equipment services industry. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals while learning to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and engaging hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities in need of endoscope and hospital equipment servicing. Accompany senior representatives on customer visits and product/service demonstrations to biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and clinical staff. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and assist in scheduling meetings or demonstrations. Support the execution of sales strategies aimed at achieving territory goals. Help maintain relationships with existing customers through follow-up calls, service updates, and check-ins. Learn to provide consultative recommendations, matching clients with the right maintenance, repair, and service solutions. Participate in training to gain in-depth knowledge of endoscope maintenance, repair services, and complementary hospital equipment solutions. Understand preventive maintenance benefits and cost-saving service options to share with customers. Work toward independently managing a portion of the territory over time. Shadow experienced sales staff to learn best practices in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Qualifications 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or healthcare-related experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Familiarity with hospital equipment, biomedical engineering, or medical sales. Experience working with healthcare professionals or technical products.
