If you are up for the challenge we are ready to invest in you What We're Looking For in our AT&T Entry-Level Sales Associate: Incredible work ethic and a burning passion for success A true professional who is committed to working hard Someone who shares the same values and embodies our mission An entrepreneur at heart who wants to help grow our firm Entry-Level AT&T Sales Associate Duties: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all telecommunications solutions offered by our clients Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily staff meetings to stay on top of current enrollment solutions and product information Execute proven customer support tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining eligibility Engage with consumers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust Exceed enrollment targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory Entry-Level AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47, $62,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: Long Beach, CA (Preferred) Work Location: In person
