Specifically, we offer delivery, setup, strike, management & operation of eventsof any size and type.Our inventory encompasses LED video walls, Laser/HD projection, HDTVs, sound systems, HD cameras, lighting, drape, stage esthetics, webcasting & much more. We put great emphasis on the relationships that we build with our clientele and it begins with a strong, professional and cohesive company culture.
Job Summary
This sales position is responsible for developing new business, whether utilizing inside or outside sales methods. The Sales Manager will assist in cultivating the overall execution of staff duties, efficiency, profitability and satisfaction related to his/her clientele. Extra compensation is available for management of our online search presence for a qualified individual, but is not required.Otherwise, duties of the Sales Mgr. also include timely response to all customer requirements, management of the sales process, technical and event execution, personnel management and working knowledge of equipment utilization in the best interest of the client. Must communicate and coordinate equipment & labor requirements with the Operations Manager. Must also fulfill some of the Operations Manager’s role in their absence, if necessary.
It is very essential the candidate have approx. 12+ years AV technical hands-on experience with the equipment that we handle
. The position is a combination of office and remote work with a salary paid bi-weekly plus quarterly commission.
1.Responsible for stimulating and acquiring new business to increase the overall revenues.
2. Responsible for the ongoing cultivation of the relationships of the new clientele as well as, existing clientele.
3. Manages and executes the sales process in a timely and effective manner to maximize the capture of business.
4. Schedules and performs site visits with the client.
5. Performs as a lead worker and manages audio visual personnel on the job site. Verifies maximum staff scheduling. Delegates expectations effectively.
6. Ensures maximum profitability when considering labor costs, client discounting, appropriate equipment utilization, etc. Controls and minimizes expenses effectively.
7. Appropriately and effectively communicates and schedules with other vendors and the venue at which the event is being hosted. Anticipates working conditions and requirements at the venue.
8. Must communicate and coordinate equipment & labor requirements with the Operations Manager on a continual basis.
9. Ensures all equipment, set-ups, staff, operations, etc. conform to AV2Go’s highest standards.

1.Have approx. 12 years experience and working knowledge of AV equipment & rigging.
2.Work independently, perform job without supervision and utilize time effectively.
3.Work cohesively with others, delegate duties & oversee a successful job.

5.Demonstrate leadership ability; able to achieve desired results with and through others.
6.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7.Able to coordinate time between the office and/or on the job site.
