What Youll Do:
Assist customers in selecting aftermarket parts and accessories that enhance performance, style, and functionality
Provide expert guidance on compatibility, installation, and warranty coverage
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering of special items
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to fulfill internal parts requests
Work with 3rd party vendors
Upsell value-added products and promotions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
Track lost sales and identify trends to improve inventory and customer experience
Deliver best-in-class service through clear communication, product knowledge, and follow-through
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred
Knowledge of Ford vehicles and aftermarket accessories a plus
Must be a self-starter and pay great attention to detail
Ability to work Saturdays
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to read customer needs
Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems and parts catalog software
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business coursework a bonus
