We are seeking a motivated and versatile Paint Warehouse and Customer Service Specialist for an auto and industrial paint supplier in Tulsa, OK.

This role requires a self-starter capable of wearing multiple hats, including handling warehouse operations, mixing paint, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience with paint products, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate the ability to follow structured processes.

Hours: 8a-5p Monday- Friday; every other Saturday 9a-1p Pay : $16-$18+ DOE

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, and store incoming paint and supplies. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Paint Mixing: Mix paint according to specific formulas and customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organized mixing area. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling materials. Customer Service: Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable and friendly service. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records. General Duties: Wear multiple hats and adapt to various tasks as needed. Follow structured processes to ensure consistency and quality in all tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
