Responsibilities:

  • Learn to lead the sales team and drive results for both sales and finance
  • Assist in securing competitive financing and offering F&I products to customers
  • Gain hands-on experience with dealership management processes, compliance, and reporting
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop your skills and leadership style


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Automotive Sales experience required; management experience NOT required
  • Driven, motivated, and eager to learn dealership leadership and finance operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
