*What You'll Be Doing:*

* Be the first point of contact for online and phone leads * Answer questions, build rapport, and set daily appointments * Follow up with potential buyers via phone, text, and email * Drive the sale by creating an exceptional customer experience * Use our CRM system to manage leads, track follow-ups, and stay organized * Help turn one-time buyers into lifetime customers

*What We're Looking For:*

* Experience in retail auto sales or phone-based sales is a strong plus * Strong phone presence and communication skills (bi-lingual is a plus) * Comfortable with CRM tools, texting, and email follow-up * Fast, accurate typing and solid computer skills * Professional, reliable, and driven to hit goals * Must be available to work *Saturdays*

*Compensation:*

* Monthly Draw * Bonuses + weekly SPIFF incentives = serious earning potential * Uncapped commission — top reps are making six figures

*Schedule:*

* Open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 8:00 PM * 5-day work week (including Saturdays; Sundays off) * Split Shifts - AM / PM * Flexible weekday off each week

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
