What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage all sales operations across new, used, and finance departments
  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team
  • Monitor KPIs including volume, gross, backend, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and lead conversion
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and manufacturer standards
  • Develop and execute monthly sales strategies and forecasting



What You Bring:

  • GSM experience is preferred. Automotive sales experience is required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of finance products, inventory management, and digital retailing
  • Ability to analyze data and make fast, informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
