Your Role & Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals Assist buyers in selecting the right vehicle by listening to their needs and preferences Become an expert on all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles, including features, packages, and technology Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles Follow up with buyers to create lasting customer relationships Learn to confidently overcome objections and excel in sales situations Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve performance goals and track progress Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to success every day

What We’re Looking For: Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays Willingness to learn and master vehicle product knowledge Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach Professional appearance and a confident, friendly demeanor Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon a conditional offer
