Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. If you are passionate about helping customers find their perfect vehicle, have a talent for building lasting relationships, and are driven to achieve sales goals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of our Buick and GMC vehicle lineup.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
Assist customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, financing, and paperwork.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of current industry trends.
Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
