Sales Manager The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and daily/monthly sales reporting Benefits: Competitive compensation Opportunities for career growth and development Health and wellness benefits Paid time off Purpose:  Lead, coach, and drive the sales team to hit volume and gross goals while maintaining compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage 10–12 salespeople, each selling 10+ units/month. Structure and approve profitable, compliant deals.
Manage trade appraisals, lender approvals, and deal flow to F&I.
Enforce dealership/OEM sales processes and documentation accuracy.
Maintain high CSI scores and handle escalated customer issues.
Collaborate on inventory ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
Track and report team and individual performance daily/weekly/monthly. Motivate, coach, and hold sales staff accountable for goals.
Stay current on lender programs, OEM incentives, and market trends.
Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and in the sales office.
Performance Expectations $200K+ monthly total gross
10–12 team members, each at 10+ units/month
High CSI and process compliance
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions & information. Positive attitude. Two years of sales management experience. Supervisory experience. Valid in-state drivers license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Obtain $200K+ total gross/month. Recruit, train, and manage 10–12 salespeople, each selling 10+ units/month. Strong Stellantis background is a plus.
