First things first: Have you worked as a Sales Manager for 5 different dealerships  this year ? We politely suggest sitting this one out. What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and coach our sales team. Work with customers and the sales staff to create a winning, customer-first culture. What We’re Looking For: Prior automotive sales experience is strongly preferred. Leadership ability—whether you’ve managed people before, or you’re ready to prove you can.
