*What You'll Be Doing:*
* Greet, qualify, and close walk in and online customers * Work with our *BDC reps to follow up on warm leads* * Know the inventory inside out and recommend the right vehicles * Keep customer info up to date in CRM * Be involved, be hungry, be present — we only have one other sales manager, so you'll get real exposure
*Who We're Looking For:*
* *3+ years of commission-based sales experience required (ideally car sales)* * *Bilingual (Spanish + English) - must-have* * Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do * Solid communication and follow up skills * Familiarity with social media as a tool for traffic generation * Someone serious about *growth and sticking around long term*
*Compensation:*
* 100% Commission-Based (High earning potential for the right person) * Full-time * Supportive BDC & service team = more chances to close
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay
