The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and some automotive experience but neither are a requirement. This role requires excellent communication skills. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile sales. Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and convert prospects into satisfied customers. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups. Provide support in upselling additional products and services related to vehicle purchases. Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to expand customer base. Maintain accurate inventory management and control for the dealership. Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to promote vehicles and dealership offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance visibility and attract potential buyers. Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships. Willingness to engage in continuous learning about new vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
