Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Finance Manager to oversee and integrate both sales and finance operations. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual capable of leading a sales team, optimizing financial deals, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and promotions.
Finance Management:
Manage and oversee financing processes, including loan approvals, credit checks, and deal structuring.
Work with financial institutions to secure optimal terms for customers.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and dealership policies.
Provide customers with transparent and thorough explanations of financing options and agreements.
Customer Experience:
Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales and financing process.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance management.
