Witham Auto Center is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team!  We are looking for a high character, energetic individual who is willing to put in the time to help us continue our exponential growth.  2+ years of HIGH PERFORMING Automotive Sales experience is REQUIRED. Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience is a PLUS.  PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!  THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE TASKED WITH BACK-UP FINANCE MANAGER DUTIES!!! Responsibilities: ∙Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets. ∙Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership revenue and growth. ∙Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. ∙Ensure a customer-centric approach, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. ∙Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with other departments. ∙Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development.
