We are looking for an experienced Business Development (IT Sales) specialist to join the Business Development team, which currently consists of 3 experienced Business Development Specialists. About the project Axon is a full-cycle software engineering service that develops unique software solutions. During the 10+ years on the market, we executed 130 successful projects and opened offices in Ukraine, Georgia, Poland, and Estonia. Your working focus will be on EU and Nordic countries. What you need for this position Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales (experience in outsourcing companies is preferable). Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to plan and organize work effectively. Knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts. Ability to understand complex business requirements and systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. What you will be doing Collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers to execute the companys sales strategy. Actively search for and engage potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Mostly work with cold leads (80% cold / 20% warm leads). Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential customers, and participate in contract signing and preparation. Document and analyze all activities using the companys CRM, PipeDrive. This call is for personal acquaintance and to assess your long-term growth potential at Axon and let you ask more questions about our strategy and vision. #05 It's time to finalize the hiring process. Whether youre successful with us or not, your recruiter will reach out to you with our decision, usually it takes 1 week.
