Koita Agency partners with regional providers to win SMB accounts—warm demand, solution support, and 20+ years of direct-sales leadership.

Lenexa SMB territory with warm appointments, paid onboarding, and hands-on solution support. Typical OTE $50–90k+; run discovery to close and stabilize adoption in month one.

About the role

You’ll convert routed demos and inbound interest into signed agreements, then execute a structured rollout so customers see value quickly and expand.

What you’ll do

  • Prioritize warm/hot meetings; add targeted outreach to priority corridors when needed.

  • Lead discovery with owners/GM, craft value-based proposals, negotiate and close.

  • Drive a 30–60-day adoption plan (kickoff, training, first-use milestones, check-ins).

  • Maintain 3× pipeline coverage vs. target; keep next step + close plan on every opp.

  • Produce a reliable weekly forecast and clean CRM activity notes.

  • Loop in a solutions specialist for multi-site/custom scopes; document win/loss learnings.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven B2B sales success (tech/telecom experience is a plus).

  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and stakeholder alignment.

  • CRM discipline and comfort with KPIs/forecasting.

  • Organized, coachable, and accountable; authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & benefits

  • Commission-based with paid training and performance bonuses.

  • Typical OTE $50,000–$90,000+ depending on territory and results.
