The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate financial solutions to potential clients. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, leads generated for you. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining strong client relationships Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and direct sales environments Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to technology sales * Unlimited commission earning, your paycheck is limited by your ambition Mentorship from top brokers who have made millions.
