Responsibilities:
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closing.
Meet with clients face-to-face in our showroom to guide them through our solutions
Make on-site visits to clients such as architects, contractors, developers, and other commercial stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outbound sales leads via HubSpot CRM.
Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals.
Collaborate closely with internal project managers and estimators to ensure smooth order execution.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience in the US market (preferably in construction, design, interior solutions, or glass systems).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experience in in-person sales and working directly with clients.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
