We’re hiring a B2C Heat Pump Sales & Design Advisor to launch and grow our Greenville, SC presence. Is this you? Do you excel at in-home consultations and closing complex, high-value sales? Can you take precise measurements, perform BTU load calculations, and translate them into practical system designs? Are you persuasive, personable, and disciplined with your pipeline? What you’ll take on Lead face-to-face sales presentations and demos with homeowners and small businesses. Measure spaces, capture photos, and map equipment layouts for optimal comfort and efficiency. Uncover needs and tailor proposals that match each client’s priorities. Negotiate pricing and terms; close deals to hit aggressive revenue objectives. Collaborate with install and service teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience. Keep tabs on market dynamics and competitors to find growth angles. Produce accurate forecasts and performance reports for leadership. Promote Rycor at trade shows and community events. What you’ll need to succeed Demonstrated success in sales or account management—preferably in-home, B2C. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. Mastery of negotiation and closing techniques. Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a track record of surpassing goals. Ability to thrive solo and within a team environment. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
