Build a Career:
In the Bid Analyst Program Sales/Sales Support department by:
Bid Item Analysis: Thoroughly reviewing and analyzing individual items within bids to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to established guidelines.
Item Transitions: Overseeing the smooth and efficient transition of items, which may involve new product introductions, discontinuations, or changes in suppliers. This includes managing inventory, updating systems, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
Validating Supplier Freight: Verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of freight charges from suppliers, ensuring that costs are aligned with agreements and industry standards.
Audits: Participating in and supporting various audit processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and best practices. This may involve reviewing documentation, procedures, and financial records.
Invoice Discrepancies: Investigating and resolving any discrepancies found in invoices, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to reconcile differences and ensure accurate payment.

Meet the following qualifications to be considered for our 2026 internship program:
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytical
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
