Guaranteed training pay of $3,500/month for the first 60 days [$7,000 Total]  as you learn the ropes and earn your certifications.

Estimated Earnings:

$50,000–$120,000+ annually based on performance. Our top performers exceed six figures.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers and build lasting relationships

Help customers find the right vehicle through consultative selling

Perform engaging vehicle demonstrations

Master product knowledge and stay current on new features and tech

Follow up with potential buyers to earn repeat and referral business

Work closely with Sales Managers to track progress and improve

Bring energy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset daily

All other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing personality and a positive attitude

No prior sales or automotive experience needed

Must be willing to learn quickly and take initiative

Excellent communication skills with both customers and team

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Bilingual is a plus

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
