The selected individual will primarily work at Store #723924, located at 1201 Franklin St NE, Washington, DC 20017, and may provide support to nearby locations within a 5-mile radius. As part of your responsibilities, you will: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers in-person and over-the-phone by accurately assessing their needs and suggesting appropriate products and services. Build strong, trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions with accuracy according to company policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from shelves or the warehouse efficiently. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications as needed. Keep shelves stocked and set up attractive displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as required. Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and engage in discussions about options available. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose strategies to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Current employees must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations. Internal candidates must complete all mandatory HR training. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
