As a Mobile Associate, you will be a vital member of a Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand and creating a vibrant, engaging atmosphere around our products and services. You will develop deep connections with customers, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers at every step of their shopping journey, whether they come from online, Customer Care, or in-store. Engage with customers, uncover their individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Collaboratively sell alongside customers, identifying personalized solutions that enhance their connection to family and friends. Approach service and sales needs with poise, integrity, and empathy. Utilize digital tools in customer interactions to showcase T-Mobile’s network excellence and service benefits. Complete comprehensive training focused on T-Mobile’s customer experience and ongoing personal development. Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to resolve customer issues effectively. Identify and hand off small business leads, supporting team initiatives, and promoting an inclusive work environment. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred. Strong passion for customer service and the ability to connect positively with customers. Desire to learn, grow, and thrive in a competitive sales environment. 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. Your compensation includes an hourly base pay of $20, with additional training pay of $5 per hour during the first 90 days of on-the-job training. Following your training, you can expect to promote to a Mobile Expert role, qualifying for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status.
