As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in connecting with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend effective solutions. Your location for this position will be within a 5-mile radius of Store #701078, located at: 4878 Reed Road, Columbus, OH 43220. This is a part-time role with a competitive starting pay of $13.75/hr. In this role, you will: Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, determining their needs and suggesting the right products and services. Build trust and maintain productive relationships with our customers. Process sales transactions accurately according to company policies. Achieve sales goals consistently across monthly, quarterly, and yearly benchmarks. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Stay informed about product offerings and effectively communicate options to customers. To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements: Be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. A High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service environment. Familiarity with selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
