Responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring customer loyalty by assisting them throughout their shopping journey. Highlight individual customer needs through tailored demonstrations of the latest technology available in-store. Engage in side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions that connect customers to the services and devices they cherish. Approach each service and sales interaction with composure, integrity, and compassion. Utilize digital tools to enhance customer experiences, showcasing T-Mobile's superior coverage and plan benefits. Complete training on our in-store systems and processes to enhance your knowledge and skills. Maximize your time on shift by staying informed about innovations in wireless technology. Collaborate with fellow T-Mobile employees to collectively enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. Identify and refer potential small business leads to appropriate channels. Support team initiatives and create an inclusive workplace atmosphere. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Passionate about customer advocacy and able to connect authentically with customers. Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales context. Will to learn alongside team members while actively engaging with customers. Ability to balance customer satisfaction with performance targets. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Training and Growth: Within your first 90 days at T-Mobile, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, you will advance to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives.
