Position Details: This role will require you to work at various stores within a 10-mile radius of Store #701153, located at: 2043 Stringtown Rd., Grove City, OH 43123. Compensation: This is a part-time position with a starting wage of $13.75/hr. In this position, you will be responsible for: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products and services Building productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies Achieving and exceeding sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually Maintaining precise work order files and formulas Pulling and preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products per customer specifications Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a neat environment Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed Keeping assigned areas stocked and presentable Staying knowledgeable about available products and options Complying with inventory control procedures Recommending strategies to improve sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for work visa status Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be flexible to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role Experience selling paint and paint-related products Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish
