This is a Part-Time Role with starting pay at $22.00 hourly. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive sales support. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations. Develop trusting relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Set and achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Efficiently pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Organize shelves and create eye-catching displays. Keep store equipment clean and in proper working condition. Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries when necessary. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about all products offered and available options for customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose ideas to improve sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must have the legal right to work in the country without sponsorship for a work visa. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Familiarity with selling paint and related products is a plus. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is desirable.
