What We’re Looking For: We seek highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for over 35 years, remaining family-owned and operated in the USA! You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling approach and cutting-edge bedMATCH technology. Preferred Qualifications: Availability to work flexible retail schedules that include evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Our typical workweek is 4-5 days, allowing for 40 to 55 hours of work. Bilingual candidates with fluency in both English and Spanish are a plus! Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with mattress loading.
