Key Responsibilities: Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Identify individual customer needs and provide engaging demonstrations of the latest technology. Work collaboratively in side-by-side sales to offer personalized solutions that keep customers connected. Approach all interactions with professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions, showing the benefits of our coverage and services. Participate in training to continuously develop product knowledge and customer experience skills. Foster relationships with colleagues to ensure a cohesive customer experience and support team initiatives. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building connections. Competitive drive with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting. Ability to balance customer satisfaction with performance goals. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: The starting hourly base pay is $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour during training. After 90 days of employment, you can advance to the Mobile Expert role with performance-based incentives and an annual target of $18,000. All team members at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Also, all employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
