Responsibilities Assist the agency with sales and customer service tasks. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential and existing clients Support the sales team with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and policy processing. Collect and maintain organized client records and ensure accuracy in documentation. Help drive new business by generating leads and engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive office environment. Work closely with agents to learn the insurance business and develop sales skills.
