Adrian Rivas Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. With over 70% of our clientele being Spanish-speaking, were seeking someone who understands the Latino community and can effectively communicate in both languages. This is a base salary position with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses based on performance.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting our clients and providing solutions with their insurance needs. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and in person
Build strong relationships with the Latino community, helping them understand the value of our insurance products in both English and Spanish
Offer personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, business, and life insurance, tailored to the clients specific needs
Actively manage and grow a portfolio of clients by offering outstanding service and continuous support
Cross-sell and upsell additional products to existing clients, focusing on meeting their comprehensive insurance needs
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, contributing to the agencies growth and success
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information to clients
Assist clients through the entire sales process, from quoting to binding policies
Work with the team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
Participate in networking and community events to grow your client base and strengthen relationships
Requirement
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (insurance industry experience is a plus)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus)
Licensing: Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we will provide guidance and support for this process)
Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in both languages
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
Comfortable using technology and CRM software to manage client information and follow up on leads
Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow both personally and professionally
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
