As an Inside Sales General Manager, your mission will be to increase sales by providing service to the customers in assigned territories and management of group.
Job  Responsibilities
Manage Selling activities with comprehension of each Branches activities, travel schedules, monitor customer relations and outstanding issues. Identify new business opportunities for customers such as automotive, bearing, machinery in www as well as other sources. Select the appropriate product types, specifications, size, wheel speed, etc. based on customer's needs. Ask for advice and recommendations from technical staff if needed. Ensure each sales team is updating 1-2 year unsold, monitoring inventory, communicating with specific factories, and updating AS400 accordingly Monitor sales amount and manage the sales activities to achieve or to exceed the budget as well as profit amount and take proper action to keep the profit Ensure Engineering Department understands customers request and can relate to better understand customer's needs. Regularly provide management with progress reports on assigned duties. Report discrepancies promptly and request instructions in emergency situations.
Perform special duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with a minimum of 3 year's sales experience. Fluent in English and Spanish language Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, above all, an ability to explain to customers. Open to background and drug screening
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Pay:
$21-24/hr based on experience
