Identify potential new customers within the defined OEM market segment and region, qualify and develop them as necessary to achieve new business sales in line with company strategy.Pro-actively engage with existing customers within the defined OEM market segments and region in all activities both current and potential, with a view to maximize Sales and organic Sales growthBe the "Face of the company"; lead new development projects by pro-active contact with the prospect or customer, and VPG R&D, Engineering, QA and other associated parties to ensure timely and successful completion of the project.
