What You’ll Do
Resolve Customer Issues with Confidence: Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns. Document your solutions in Salesforce to help build smarter, repeatable processes and improve our standard operating procedures.
Support the Entire Customer Lifecycle: From onboarding to ongoing support, you’ll ensure our customers have a seamless experience. You’ll also help manage pricing updates tied to product changes or contract adjustments.
Master Our Billing System: Become a subject matter expert in our TUBS billing platform. You’ll ensure billing groups and pricing are set up accurately and aligned with contracts and sales expectations.
Reporting & Audits: Use tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Salesforce to run pricing audits, build insightful reports, and investigate discrepancies. Your work will help drive smarter decisions across the business.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Compliance, Tech Support, Finance, Billing IT, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer outcomes.
Dive into Data: Analyze data quality and pricing issues across systems like Salesforce, SCM, and TUBS. Your troubleshooting skills will help keep our operations running smoothly.
Coordinate Contracts & Pricing: Partner with Sales to ensure pricing is accurate and up-to-date. You’ll monitor reports and conduct code reviews to maintain data integrity.
Ensure Account Accuracy: Understand complex billing structures and perform quality checks to ensure correct product enablement and pricing across multiple systems.
Provide Operational Support: Support Sales, Product Management, and Operations with account maintenance, ad hoc reporting, and customer inquiries.
Stay Sharp on Products & Tech: Maintain a strong understanding of our solutions and services. You’ll answer basic technical questions and escalate more complex issues when needed.
Contribute to Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on data research, operational efficiency, billing, and contract maintenance.
Keep Documentation Spot-On: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in customer service, client support, or account management
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Strategic mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and process improvement

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
