We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Branch Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a dual-role position that primarily focuses on walk-in customer counter sales , while also handling a variety of warehouse operations .

You’ll be the face of our branch for walk-in customers and an essential part of our back-end operations–helping ensure timely order processing, accurate inventory control, and efficient shipping/receiving. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for walk-in customers and assist with counter sales

Accurately process and relay customer orders and inquiries

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including inspection and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase orders and logistics

Handle general warehouse responsibilities (stocking, order picking, inventory, etc.)

Utilize computer systems for order entry, inventory tracking, and communication

Use hand tools and measurement tools as needed for preparing or assembling orders

Qualifications Customer service experience , especially in counter sales or retail settings

Prior experience with warehouse, inventory, or shipping duties preferred

Comfortable using hand tools and reading standard measurements

Strong attention to detail and organization

Must be computer literate and able to quickly learn internal systems

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Able to lift/move materials in a typical warehouse setting (up to [insert weight if applicable])
