Overview Brand Management Coordinator, NA Sales - Ole Henriksen at Kendo Brands, Inc. Compensation Base pay range: $32.69/hr - $36.35/hr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
The salary range is based on location (San Francisco) and experience. Kendo Total Rewards includes a benefits package and other offerings as described by the recruiter.
Position Responsibilities Account Management
Build and maintain professional relationships with key retail partners through effective and timely communication.
Manage timelines including activation calendars, upcoming launches, and retailer deadlines to ensure on-time submission and execution.
Own product data entry into retailer systems with 100% accuracy; troubleshoot issues independently.
Obtain retailer and product expertise; serve as the go-to for owned channels (internal and external).
Prepare reports and analyses for brand management and ad hoc projects (Excel and PowerPoint).
Lead retailer market week meeting prep (2x/yr) including invite lists, product needs, gifting, and catering.
Maintain and update VM assortment files and creative asset library; create and submit VM briefs with timely feedback.
Organizational Excellence
Coordinate meetings and recaps: scheduling, note taking, and actionable follow-ups.
Maintain effective cross-functional communication with VM, Marketing, Creative, and Education teams.
Coordinate product samples: track, organize, and distribute samples while managing budget.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably 1-2 years in retail, beauty, or fashion.
Passion for the Beauty Industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel basics like VLOOKUP, pivot tables; PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and data accuracy due to financial implications.
Strong organizational, time management, and independent problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment; strong prioritization skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines; team player with curiosity to learn.
Motivated self-starter; resourceful and independent worker.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
