Hometrends | Ashley Stores of Greater Nebraska is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Applicance Sales Associate to join our BrandSource team. This position can be full or part time, with flexible scheduling to cover showroom open days. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, presents a professional image, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every customer. No previous appliance or sales experience is required—we provide full training but would be a plus. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Learn and maintain knowledge of appliances and related products Recommend solutions based on customer needs Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and service Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom Consistently work scheduled shifts and provide reliable coverage Meet or exceed sales goals with support from your team Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Reliable and eager to learn Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Interest in developing a career in sales and leadership What We Offer Compensation: $20/hour OR 6% commission (whichever is greater) Benefit package for full time and part time.
