We're excited to be working with a global law firm on their search for a Business Development Manager to support their strategic Client Team program. This role drives client-focused initiatives across practices and offices, enhances client relationships, and leads business development efforts for key accounts.This role will lead the business development and marketing efforts for a number of key client accounts and support program infrastructure. This client teams program operates across practices and offices and works to ensure a consistent client-focused approach at the global and regional level working closely and collaboratively with the rest of the Global Business Development and Marketing team. Key Responsibilities:Lead marketing and BD strategies for assigned client teamsSupport planning, training, satisfaction reviews, and client eventsCollaborate across departments to develop budgets, pitches, and proposalsMaintain CRM data and conduct market research and analysisHelp onboard lateral hires and support local office initiativesMentor junior team membersWe would be interested in speaking with specialists looking to make the step up to a managerial position or any current managers!
