Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our healthcare team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources. You will drive new business, manage client portfolios, and help grow Vis-À-Vis Health’s presence in the healthcare community.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources but primarily focused on Skilled Nursing Facilities and advancement of our programs in that space.
Conduct daily visits or calls with referral partners to qualify referrals and support patient onboarding.
Track and manage referrals by account and maintain an organized sales pipeline in CRM tools.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends.
Represent Vis-À-Vis Health professionally at conferences, tradeshows, and community events.
Partner with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and educational materials for referral partners.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient onboarding process.
Negotiate agreements and partnerships to expand referral networks.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to leadership.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activity, referral growth, and market insights.
Attend weekly growth meetings and actively contribute to strategy discussions.
Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience.
Specific Post Acute Sales and SNF Enterprise Sales experience.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
Strong organizational, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, performance-driven, and customer-focused.
Willingness to travel up to 90% within the designated area
Education and Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of experience marketing in health care
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

Salary Range:
$80,000-$120,000 per year / Bonus commission.
