Business Development Manager - Talent Product & Partnerships

LinkedIn's Business Development team is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and monetization globally by identifying, executing, and managing product partnerships and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a Business Development lead to manage relationships with partners to help LinkedIn's +1.1B+ global members get jobs and help companies find the right talent.
This role will be based in San Francisco.

This person will be a key member of LinkedIn's Business Development team, responsible for expanding our Jobs ecosystem by reaching more employers globally and helping companies of all sizes find their next great hire on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities :
Shape and Execute Partner Strategy : Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships that advance LinkedIn's Talent Marketplace vision.
Define and Drive Product Roadmap : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow LinkedIn's off-platform Jobs strategy to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
Manage Partner Lifecycle : Lead deal execution, oversee technical integration, and cultivate strong ongoing partner relationships to ensure long-term success.
Build Scalable Ecosystem Operations : Develop and maintain systems and processes to efficiently manage and monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with LinkedIn's goals.
Track Industry Trends and Ecosystem Shifts : Maintain a forward-looking perspective on the hiring landscape by monitoring emerging players, competitive dynamics, and market developments to inform our strategy and unlock new opportunities.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in partnership related role (e.g. Business Development, Partner Management) in a technology company.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience driving product development and partnerships, including close collaboration with R&D and GTM teams to launch API-based integrations.
Background in an analytical or strategic role (e.g., top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, M&A, or business operations).
Demonstrated success launching programs with a clear commercial model and a focus on scalable, repeatable distribution.
Experience leading or contributing to global initiatives, including collaboration with regional stakeholders and tailoring go-to-market strategies to local markets.
Ability to thrive in a high speed, high-pressure and rapidly moving environment.
Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience using data analysis tools including Excel.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $142,000 to $232,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
