Position Description: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who has a clear passion for independently bringing in new business with experience in Port Drayage, Intermodal, & Transloading. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience in the logistics industry to further their career. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients in the transportation and logistics industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Present and demonstrate our transportation management solutions to clients
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience in logistics or transportation management
Current BOOK OF BUSINESS preferably in logistics or transportation management
3+ years of experience with Salesforce
Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight, and supply chain processes
Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
