Your Role:

Support senior sales team members in client outreach and account management.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers.

Shadow client meetings and learn how to present staffing solutions.

Develop prospecting skills and learn to manage a book of business.

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

No prior sales experience required; just motivation and a willingness to learn.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Comfort with phone outreach and networking.

Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate preferred.
