At Ulrich, we don't just build cabins-we create unforgettable experiences. As a Cabin Sales Designer, you'll play a key role in helping customers bring their dreams to life by guiding them through the Ulrich Proven Process and closing sales with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $41,000 - $62,400 (based on experience)
OTE $101,600 - $272,400 (Base + bonus/commission)

Work Location & Hours
In-person role at our Cleburne Sales Office near Ulrich Cabin Park
Monday - Friday schedule with some weekends required based on demand
Primary Job Roles
Engage & qualify leads to identify needs, desires, and budgets
Guide customers through the sales process, building relationships and trust
Present and sell customized cabin solutions that align with customer lifestyles
Close sales and exceed team sales goals through a consultative, needs-based approach
Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot experience preferred)
Process orders, payments, and signed contracts for seamless customer handoff
Handle order updates & modifications with professionalism and accuracy
Skills & Abilities
Proven sales experience (2+ years) - retail, B2C, or consultative sales preferred
Confident closer who is persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale
Driven & coachable professional with a growth mindset
Excellent communicator & active listener who can build rapport quickly
Tech-savvy with strong CRM & Google Suite skills
Process-oriented & detail-focused, ensuring smooth transactions
High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers
Ability to manage time effectively & balance multiple customers at once
