Cabinet Designer & Sales Associate
We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Cabinet Designer & Sales Associate experienced with Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry and Millwork to join an exciting new opportunity with a growing team! The Cabinet Designer will be responsible for selling and designing a variety of styles and product models to homeowners, contractors, architects, and builders. The Cabinet Designer will consider the intended purposes of each project, along with clients style preferences, when drafting and designing plans and layouts. The Cabinet Designer should also ensure adherence to stipulated building and safety codes during each phase of the project.

Responsibilities for the Cabinet Designer :
Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential
Utilize 20/20 and AutoCAD software to design Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry
Design cabinetry and work with customers up to and through the sales process on cabinets and related products (appliances, countertops, etc.).
Take field and final measurements, coordinate with contractors and trades as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
Identify and develop prospects and establish new business.
Presents estimates/proposals to new and existing customers and follows up to close sale.
Ensure exceptional customer service, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements of the Cabinet Designer :
Minimum 3-5+ years of Cabinetry Design & Sales experience with Residential Construction projects
Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts
Experienced in cabinetry design, field & final measurements
Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask
Proficient in 20/20 and AutoCAD software, related software may be considered
Ability to recognize the clients needs and sell within the catalog of products
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
