We’re looking for a Cabinet & Countertop Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients from concept through installation, delivering exceptional cabinetry and countertop solutions.

What You’ll Do Meet with clients to discuss design goals, style preferences, and budget. Conduct site visits to measure spaces and assess project requirements. Provide expert guidance on cabinetry and countertop design options, materials, finishes, and functionality. Create detailed cabinet designs using 20/20 or other cabinet design systems. Recommend countertop materials, edge profiles, and layouts that complement cabinetry designs. Revise and refine designs based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and present professional proposals, including pricing and timelines. Negotiate contracts and close sales confidently and effectively. Manage client relationships throughout the design and installation process. Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, contractors, and installers to ensure accurate, timely project completion. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet and/or countertop design and sales. Proficiency with 20/20 or comparable cabinet design systems. Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, countertop materials, and finishes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales and negotiation ability. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance (employer pays 50% of health premium).
