Capital Sales Representative — GI Reprocessing (Hospital New Builds & Renovations)
Location:  Northeast major metro (remote; ~30–50% travel)
About the role: Lead capital sales for GI/endoscopy reprocessing environments during new hospital builds and renovations. You’ll spec equipment with planners/architects, partner with IDNs/GPOs, and drive projects from design through install.
You will: build and own a regional pipeline; influence specs early; demo solutions; navigate capital committees; forecast with precision; and shepherd projects alongside construction/equipment planners and hospital stakeholders (GI, SPD, Periop, Facilities, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, Biomed).
Must-haves: 3–5+ years selling hospital capital equipment into GI/Endoscopy and/or Sterile Processing ; proven “spec-in” wins; complex, multi-stakeholder deal navigation; stable tenure and strong references.
Nice-to-haves: relationships with equipment planners/architects; IDN selling experience; familiarity with AERs/sterilization/pre-cleaning workflows; ergonomics/compliance selling stories.
Comp: competitive base + uncapped commissions; tools/expenses; rapid growth runway.
