Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Northeastern Territory
Overview:
We have partnered with an established, fast-growing medical device company that is looking to hire a Capital Sales Representative to cover a high-potential territory in the Northeast. This is a rare opportunity to step into a warm, active region with an existing pipeline and make an immediate impact. You’ll own the full sales process—navigating long cycles, developing consultative relationships with hospital decision-makers, and closing deals ranging from $30K to $300K+.
What You’ll Be Selling:
Capital medical equipment into Sterile Processing and GI Lab environments. Projects range from equipment replacements to full department remodels.
Who You’ll Sell To:
Leading hospitals and health systems across the Northeast—including Boston, NY, and surrounding metro areas. Target buyers include department managers, clinical leaders, and C-level stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business growth in an untapped outside sales territory
Manage full sales cycle with consultative, long-term approach
Conduct 5+ meetings per week (mostly virtual with in-person visits as needed)
Track and forecast opportunities using Salesforce CRM
Partner closely with internal sales team to coordinate strategy and execution
Maintain discipline around KPIs (calls, conversations, meetings)

Who You Are:
2+ years in capital sales or consultative B2B environments
Experience selling into GI or Sterile Processing at major hospitals is HIGHLY preferred
Disciplined, self-driven, and curious—you know how to work a long sales cycle without losing momentum
Strong communicator with a student mindset and a passion for solving problems
A background of commitment, results, and growth in your past roles.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $70K–$90; OTE: $150K–$200K
Commission: 7–8% (50% at order, 50% at ship)
